Search for Abducted Children Leads to Traffic Stop, Gunshots and 4 Dead

The authorities in two states had been pursuing a former Baltimore County police officer and a female accomplice, who they said kidnapped the officer’s two children. The four died in what the police said was a murder-suicide.
